Returns or Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date of package delivery. If 14 calendar days have passed since your package being delivered, I cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

All sale/clearance items are FINAL, no returns or exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in NEW (unworn, unwashed, and odor free) condition in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that I do hold the right to deny any refunds if items are not in proper condition.

The original shipping costs and the returning or exchanging shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If requesting an exchange, customer will be charged for the additional shipping costs to send the replacement.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box to secure them. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Customer is responsible for the lost or damaged packages during the returning if they occur. *More detail will be provided after your request is approved. PLEASE DO NOT return any items before contacting me.

Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please make a request within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, cancellations are subject up to a 15% fee to cover the cost of handling the order and the materials. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery by emailing at  info@r15shop.com or using Contact Us.

PLEASE DO NOT return any items before contacting me. Returns or exchanges sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will be returned to you.
