As all of my items are handmade, please allow 3-4 business days to prepare your shipment. Actual delivery times vary depending on your location and the USPS schedule. Your order is sent from Florence, Oregon.

Faster shipping methods are available, but do NOT affect the time to craft your items. Please check the item’s description for turn around time for each item.

A tracking number will be included with every shipment. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped.

Most of the items (excluding crafting materials) will be packed as gift ready; individually packed in a craft box and tied with ribbons.

Once your order is in the hands of US postal service, I no longer assume any responsibility. For packages that are lost or stolen, please contact your local post office. Also please make sure that your address is correct when you place your order. 

USA delivery

– Standard shipping: $5.08 flat rate
– Priority shipping: $9.80 flat rate
– Signature confirmation can be added as an option.

International delivery

– Standard shipping for Canada: $17.40 flat rate
– Standard shipping for others: $23.70 flat rate
– The buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties or taxes including VAT.
– Shipping times vary by country.
– Once your package leaves the US, I have no control over its status and I no longer assume any responsibility including your package being held in customs or lost in transit. I will do my best to assist with any issues.
